My philosophy as an educator is to do my best to motivate students and treat each student as an individual. It is my responsibility to inspire the students interest in the subject and keep them motivated throughout the learning process. Only the interested students will have the determination to overcome obstacles, and take a more active role in learning to reach a deeper understanding of the subject. In my opinion, teaching is not just to fill students mind with knowledge. More importantly, the goal of teaching is to develop their problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, which will enable them to identify and solve real-world problems.
