Dr Janet Wee has served as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer with the Strategy & Policy Department of NUS Business School where she teaches the module, Sustainability Strategy, to graduate students. She also teaches a foundational core module titled “JUMPStart”, a bootcamp programme, to MSc in Strategic Analysis and Innovation since 2022, and previously “MBA Survival Kit” to all MBA students since January 2021. Dr Janet Wee has also supervised more than eight MBA Consulting Projects across sectors ranging from Healthcare, Financial Services, FMCG, ESG Impact, Real Estate and Industrial Automation. She has been a coach to over 250 mid-management leaders in financial institutions to inspire and guide their implementation of Sustainability-linked impact initiatives and trained over 350 consultants in Sustainability concepts.

Dr Janet Wee is currently the founder of Converging Knowledge, a company headquartered in Singapore with a presence in Malaysia and Hong Kong. Converging Knowledge specialises in providing bespoke commercial intelligence to support transactional advisory projects such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, restructuring, investigations, and expansions into Asia. Prior to establishing Converging Knowledge, she managed both the Asia Pacific Knowledge Management Centres for the Corporate Finance divisions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and subsequently at Arthur Andersen. Dr Wee was also engaged in merger and acquisition advisory during her employment with these two international accounting firms, working on transactions that spanned the Southeast Asian region.

Dr Wee graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Double Majors) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Knowledge Management at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University. She was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Studies on a topic related to intellectual capital and sustainability reporting at Nanyang Technological University. Janet is also a certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist and a licensed Private Investigator.
