As an educator, Dr Chew teaches research methods both at the undergraduate and PhD levels, emphasizing the importance of innovation. She also teaches community healthy living and supervises undergraduate students in their final year research projects. Dr Chew enjoys sharing her knowledge with, nurturing, and inspiring the nursing leaders of tomorrow. She is also a member of the Singapore Nurses Association Education Committee.
