Objectives:
1) Consolidate the research and establish this to lead practice and scholarship. This is with a view for the research to be recognized as the authority in the field in Singapore and beyond.
2) Publish in scholarly publications such as journals and conferences beyond general media and practitioner forums. This is to increase the outreach and impact for the scholarly communities.
3) Carry research into the classroom by forming a connection with teaching such as through interpretative studies and cases. This is to leverage on the contextual and conceptual implications of the research findings to enrich student learning.

Indicators for impact include: journals, conferences, invited keynotes, commentaries, policy responses, cases, citations including by scholars, government and professional bodies etc
