Chee Han is a senior lecturer and deputy director of the Impact Projects Programme. He mentors students in their Impact Experience projects and assists in the administration of the Programme. Prior to joining NUS, he was the Head of Global Readiness at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, during which he oversaw programmes and courses in overseas study missions, service-learning, entrepreneurship, work attachment, and student life. Despite being known as a medical anthropologist specializing in Chinese cultivational arts in his field, he has published in other areas such as organ transplantation, experiential learning, higher education, cognitive linguistics, politics, and religion. His current research interest lies in the integration of traditional craft apprenticeship with contemporary adult learning pedagogy.
