I am a cultural geographer with expertise on contemporary Japan, the geographies of home, and the geographies of teaching and learning. I teach courses focused on the themes of tourism and (im)mobilities, Japanese society, the politics of heritage, and the complex spaces, practices, and meanings of home. I welcome graduate student inquiries related to any of these themes.
