I have maintained a high level of teaching quality and won the NUS Annual Teaching Excellence Award (AY2018/19), the school (SDE) level teaching excellence awards three times (AY2016/17, AY2017/18 and AY2018/19) and was placed in the SDE teaching award honour roll in 2020. I have been maintaining high teaching evaluations in the past few years, for both large classes, small classes, and executive trainings in the Business School, including the challenging COVID-19 episodes. I have a very diversified teaching portfolio with 12 different courses, including undergraduate real estate core modules, master modules, PhD module, and MPAM program taught in Chinese language.
